Resolves "Yes" if, on or before September 30, 2026, 23:59 UTC, Apple officially announces a foldable iPhone and publishes a US starting price for its lowest storage configuration of $2,300.00 or more, as listed on apple.com or in an Apple Newsroom release. The price is taken before taxes, carrier offers, trade-in credit and financing discounts. Resolves "No" if the published US starting price is below $2,300.00, or if no foldable iPhone is officially announced within the period. Leaks, retailer listings and reports not published by Apple do not count.
