Confirm Your Entry
Select your stake — from 1 to 100 USDC.

To participate, simply register and top up your balance with USDC — a stable digital currency pegged to the US dollar.

Once the event begins or concludes, predictions are automatically closed.
Step 3
Get Your Reward
After the event ends, the system determines the correct outcome.

All submitted predictions form a shared pool.

A 10% fee is deducted, and the remaining amount is distributed among participants who made the correct prediction — proportionally to their stake.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and the operator(s) of the Nexory.io platform (“Nexory”, “we”, “us” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Nexory website, application(s), interfaces, smart contracts, and all associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You may only access and use the Platform if you are:

  • (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
  • (b) legally competent to enter into binding contracts; and
  • (c) not subject to any sanctions, restrictions, or legal prohibitions which would make your use of the Platform unlawful under applicable law.
    1.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence or nationality.

2. Nature of the Platform

2.1. Nexory provides an interface for non-custodial participation in prediction events involving real-world subjects. Users may submit or interact with forecasts tied to publicly observable outcomes.

2.2. The Platform is a research-driven forecasting tool, not a gambling product, investment service, or financial instrument. No winnings, profits, returns, or yields are promised or implied.

2.3. Nexory does not operate as a bookmaker, broker, financial adviser, or payment provider. Participation is at your sole discretion and risk.

3. Account Registration and Access

3.1. Use of the Platform may require the creation of a user account through a basic registration process. You agree to:

  • (a) provide accurate and complete information;
  • (b) maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
  • (c) accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account.
    3.2. Nexory reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, abusive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

4. Digital Asset Use and Assumption of Risk

4.1. The Platform supports participation using cryptographic tokens (e.g., USDC) compatible with supported blockchain networks.

4.2. By using digital assets on the Platform, you acknowledge and assume the risks inherent in blockchain-based technologies, including:

  • (a) volatility and potential loss of value;
  • (b) technical failures or smart contract bugs;
  • (c) regulatory uncertainty or adverse legal changes.
    4.3. Nexory does not custody or control your assets and bears no responsibility for third-party wallets, transaction fees, or asset availability.

5. Prediction Events and Resolution

5.1. All events on the Platform contain predefined outcomes and criteria for resolution.

5.2. Resolution of events is conducted based on publicly verifiable information and/or reputable third-party data sources. Nexory reserves the right to delay or modify resolution if necessary to ensure integrity and accuracy.

5.3. Decisions related to event resolution shall be final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • (a) Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the outcome of any event;
  • (b) Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
  • (c) Accessing or using the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited;
  • (d) Violating intellectual property rights, terms of service, or applicable third-party terms.
    6.2. Nexory reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and pursue remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including all content, graphics, design elements, and software code, are the exclusive property of Nexory or its licensors.

7.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

8. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nexory makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of the Platform.

8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexory and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds or data, loss of profits, or reputational harm, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexory and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

Nexory reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI).

The seat of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
