Kazatomprom produced 6,144 tonnes of uranium in the first quarter of 2026 on a 100% basis, 9% more than a year earlier, and guides to 27,500–29,000 tonnes for the full year on the same basis. Sulphuric acid availability and a differentiated mineral extraction tax introduced on 1 January 2026 are the main constraints on output. This market assesses whether nine-month production reaches at least 21,000 tonnes.

Resolves No if the reported figure is below 21,000 tonnes, or if no such update is published on kazatomprom.kz by 30 November 2026 23:59 UTC. Production attributable to Kazatomprom's ownership interest, sales volumes, full-year guidance, production of individual subsidiaries and joint ventures, and figures reported by third parties do not count — only group production on a 100% basis for the nine-month period.
