Resolves Yes if, between the publication of this market and 31 October 2026 23:59 UTC, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium officially announces a suspension of loading operations at its Novorossiysk marine terminal, as published in an official CPC statement on cpc.ru. Resolves No otherwise. A reduction in loading rates, a restriction affecting only individual single point moorings while the terminal continues loading, a suspension of crude intake into the pipeline without a suspension of loadings, and a suspension announced by any party other than CPC do not count. Media reports without a confirming CPC statement do not count.
